In 2025, I embarked on a guided trekking adventure to Annapurna Base Camp

An unforgettable journey through one of the most breathtaking regions on Earth.

After a couple of days exploring the vibrant atmosphere in Kathmandu, we made our way to Pokhara, coincidentally arriving just in time for Nepalese New Year celebrations. The following day marked the start of our trek, taking us first to Ulleri, and then on to Ghorepani.

On the third morning, we rose early to catch the sunrise atop Poon Hill. Unfortunately, the view was obscured by thick cloud cover. Despite the setback, the days that followed led us through enchanting forests and dramatic valleys, staying overnight at Chuile and Sinwa. We spent a night at Machapuchhre Base Camp and finally reached Annapurna Base Camp the following day.
